Juliane Michel is the Head of Corporate Responsibility at ISA-TRAESKO, a German international shoe producer.  She says that to engage consumers and support them in making responsible buying decisions it is necessary to spread truth, knowledge and so transparency. We also talked about the upcoming Due Diligence law about social compliance in supply chains and ethical sourcing.
